Refunds and Returns

Please note that all of our products are hand made and unique, often made to order.

Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy. For unwanted goods, items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, unused.

For items that are defective/faulty/damaged, we offer a replacement product within 14 days or a full refund.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our product, we can only offer refunds in the event of an item being damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of goods being returned and received.
